Mamistegi came to fruition early 2017 as a personal project from experienced chefs Iñigo Indurain and Marcos Castro.

Our cuisine is defined by it's elaboration, care, and craft on low heat, always emphatizing fresh produce, both seasonal and local; this is the reason behind our dishes changing with the passing of the seasons.
